We have spent much time, energy, and resources in carefully developing the Covenant, Conditions and Restrictions because they are the outline for the plan. They prescribe what we know the discriminating family seeks - pride in ownership, mutual respect for neighbors, and environmental and architectural integrity. These, we hope, will further the common goal of consistently increasing property values.
